Mishari has been engaged in the practice of law for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, and corporate and commercial transactional matters, as well as in bankruptcy, finance, including Islamic finance, securities law, has a wealth experience in writing all kind of writ, pleading brief, memos, claims, legal notice, formation of contract and other legal work. Mishari has a master degree in regulations of Islamic banking in Kuwait.

Mishari has an extensive experience in oil and gas industry as he was working with the International Counsel Bureau (Abdul Rahman Al Haroun & Ghazi Al Qahtani) for over than 12 years.
Mishari has worked and provided support in local and international cases in various areas such as “ The Tankers Robbery case” , Arbitration with Ben Laden Group at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as some international disputes for Kuwaiti clients of high value and complex cases at United Kingdom.
Mishari also advises clients in various aspects of corporate and commercial matters impacting all parts of business (including, for example corporate governance, corporate financing, restructuring, conducting due diligence, projects finance and project management, banking, employment and shipping and commodities) and ongoing advice on day to day matters.
Mishari is listed to plead before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court of Kuwait and he is accredited as a “Receiver”.
